Everything you need to know about our aquatic fitness programs for adults 40-60

Not at all. We have pace groups for everyone from beginners working on technique to experienced swimmers training for distance. You'll find your lane and swim alongside people at your level with structured workouts designed to help you progress safely.

Lap swimming is self-paced swimming back and forth across the pool, perfect if you want to focus on endurance and technique. Water aerobics is a group class with an instructor leading cardio and strength movements in the water—it's more social and focuses on fitness rather than swimming technique. Many of our members do both.

Yes. Our pool-based rehabilitation sessions are specifically designed for active aging and recovery. We work with members coming back from surgery, joint issues, or mobility concerns. Talk to our staff about your situation—they'll recommend the right class or create a modified program for you.

We offer early morning slots (6:00-7:30 AM), midday sessions (11:30 AM-12:30 PM), and evening times (5:30-7:00 PM) on weekdays, plus weekend morning swims. This way you can find a schedule that fits your routine without having to choose between swimming and your other commitments.

These are guided swimming events in lakes or coastal waters—a step up from the pool if you want to try something new. We organize them seasonally with support boats and experienced swimmers. You don't have to race or go far; many people just enjoy the experience of swimming in open water with our community.

Reach out to us and we'll set up a quick orientation so you can meet the team and see which program fits best. Most people start with a trial session to get a feel for the group and the pace. We're here to help you find the right fit.
